Lets not forget the supermarket staff

The coronavirus pandemic is having a substantial impact on supermarkets globally. Earlier this week, Business Insider's Adam Payne reported that some of the largest chains in the UK were starting to ration food and reserve certain opening hours for the elderly to shop as panic buyers continued to swarm stores. Most supermarkets have installed thousands of protective screens at checkouts to keep staff safe as concerns grow about their wellbeing while dealing with hundreds of customers a day during the coronavirus outbreak. Several retailers have asked shoppers to keep at least a metre (3ft) away from staff at tills. We need to say a huge thank you to all the people who work in the supermarkets for allowing the UK to feed their families. We want to invite all supermarket heroes down to London as a thank you.
